1. Nature of Service Virginia Business AI provides Decision Architecture and General Contractor oversight for AI implementation. We act as strategic advisors; our services (Strategic Blueprint, MVP Prototype, and Operational Pilot) are designed to provide clarity and de-risk technical builds.

2. No Professional-Client Relationship Completion of the AI Viability Assessment or receipt of an assessment result does not constitute a formal consulting engagement. A professional relationship is only established upon the execution of a specific Service Agreement for one of our three implementation tiers.

3. Intellectual Property All frameworks, including the Decision Architecture methodology, assessment structures, and content from The AI Decision Advantage, are the intellectual property of Rise Up Pathfinder, a Delaware corporation, and Robert W. Dempsey.

4. Limitation of Liability AI is an evolving field involving inherent strategic risks. While we apply enterprise-level rigor and certified cybersecurity oversight to our work, Virginia Business AI is not liable for technical failures, data outcomes, or third-party tool performance resulting from implementation.

5. Governing Law These terms and any disputes arising from the use of this website or our diagnostic tools are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
